Our website simply serves as a way to connect sellers, buyers, and investors. Below are the first steps to the buying process:

2) We send your information to the Seller.
3) You (the buyer) negotiate and communicate with Seller. We recommend both Buyers and Sellers seek legal guidance when executing actual sale and agreements.
